Historic BB in a charming village of the Alicante province

This lovely rural BB is located in a old historical village and build around 1860. It is made up of 4 small houses in a traditional style and renovated into this BB, approx. 20 km inland from the coast and situated between Alicante & Benidorm. The business is already running for 10 years, well known for cycling tourists due to its location. Airport is approx. 35 to 40 minutes.

There are 7 large rooms / suites: – 2 of them are family suites / apartments with 2 bedrooms each, sitting area, kitchen and outside terrace – 5 large rooms with sitting area, en-suite bathrooms. Further you will find a reception, authentic bar, meeting room, kitchen, large living area, outside terrace in a very nice courtyard. Currently only serving breakfast, but possible to serve dinner.

There are some possibilities for expansion.
