A rural hotel in the heart of the Picos de Europa that has been running for more than 30 years, now renovated, and located 3 minutes from the center of the nearest town. Its location is ideal for visiting the Picos de Europa National Park, the beaches and the fishing ports of the “Costa Verde”. The beaches are about a 40 minute drive. It is a two-story building, with a third one in the southern part. On the ground floor is the dining room of the restaurant, which offers exquisitely prepared typical dishes of the area and has magnificent views of the mountains. On the same floor is the professional kitchen, pantries, full bathroom for guests and 9 rooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor we find the remaining 10 rooms with bathroom and an open space of about 180m2 (currently used for storage but with the possibility of converting it into the private area for the owners because it already has underfloor heating, electricity and drains). In the southern part of the hotel we access the reception and there is a bar, a workshop, a cellar, the laundry, more storage space and two bathrooms for public use. The terrace with bar is an ideal place to rest after the multitude of adventure tourism activities that can be done in the area. The hotel has a total of 19 rooms decorated in warm tones and with wooden furniture, fully equipped and with a private bathroom. There are spectacular views from the hotel that make all the guests who visit it fall in love.
