well functioning hotel for sale – summer and winter season

In 2004 we started a small hotel in the most beautiful region of Slovakia. As there was a lot of interest in our product, we have expanded a bit every year. We added extra rooms, a conference room, wellness center and indoor pool. The resort runs also holiday houses. We have a warm, personal product where both foreign and local clients feel at home. .

There are still many ideas for expansion but that I prefer to leave for a new owner with fresh energy. After 15 years of building I think it is time to give the torch to a new owner.
